We ship heavy equipment to over 50 countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

Transit Times

Domestic: 5–10 business days. International: 14–28 business days depending on destination and customs.

All shipments are handled with care. We recommend declared-value insurance for equipment over $10,000.

Worldwide Heavy Freight specializes in the transportation of heavy equipment including zero-turn mowers, tractors, excavators, skid steers, and other commercial and agricultural machinery. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, responsibilities, and limitations for all shipments we handle. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Accepted Equipment Types

We accept the following types of heavy equipment for shipping:

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal shipping services across all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are available at additional cost.

4. International Shipping

We ship heavy equipment internationally to over 50 countries. International shipments require additional documentation and are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Transit times are estimates and do not include customs clearance time, which can add 3–10 additional business days depending on the destination country and completeness of documentation.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international shipments, the customer (importer) is responsible for:

  • All import duties, tariffs, and taxes levied by the destination country
  • Providing accurate and complete customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, equipment serial numbers)
  • Obtaining any required import permits or licenses for the destination country
  • Ensuring the equipment meets the destination country's safety and emissions standards

6. Equipment Preparation Requirements

To ensure safe transport and compliance with carrier and customs regulations, all equipment must be prepared as follows before pickup:

  • Fuel tank must be drained to 1/4 tank or less (required for air and ocean freight)
  • Battery must be disconnected or removed for long-distance shipments
  • All loose parts, attachments, and accessories must be secured or removed
  • Equipment must be clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, or debris (required for international biosecurity)
  • Hydraulic fluid and oil levels must be within normal operating range
  • Serial number plate must be visible and legible for customs documentation

7. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shipment is processed, you will receive a unique tracking number in the format WHF + 10 digits (e.g., WHF4717398675). You can track your shipment at any time by visiting our Track page and entering your tracking number. Automated email notifications will be sent to the email address on file when your shipment status changes to Departed, In Transit, or Delivered.

8. Claims and Damage

In the event of loss or damage to your shipment:

  • You must note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
  • Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
  • All claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs and documentation
  • Claims submitted after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted
