1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Worldwide Heavy Freight ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Worldwide Heavy Freight provides heavy equipment shipping, international freight logistics, customs handling, and equipment storage services. Our online platform provides customers with shipment tracking capabilities, document access, and quote request functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Use of the Tracking System

Our shipment tracking system is provided for the sole purpose of allowing customers to check the status of their shipments. By using the tracking system, you agree that:

  • You will only track shipments associated with your own orders or for which you have been granted authorization
  • You will not attempt to access tracking information for shipments that do not belong to you
  • You will not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the tracking system
  • Tracking information is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change

4. Shipping Terms and Conditions

All shipments handled by Worldwide Heavy Freight are subject to the following conditions:

  • Liability: Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value of the goods or the maximum amount specified in the applicable service agreement, whichever is lower.
  • Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or items prohibited by applicable law or carrier regulations.
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs delays, carrier capacity, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Insurance: Customers are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for high-value shipments. We recommend declared-value coverage for all equipment shipments.
  • Customs and Duties: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and quotes. All invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worldwide Heavy Freight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
